Why here?

We are a family business and our space is a home away from home.

We have great prices for monthly memberships:

It's currently only $79/mo. for unlimited yoga!

For float members, it's only $49/mo.

We provide free towel rentals, free mat rentals and free water when you bring your own bottle!

We have hand-selected only a few high-quality instructors who have integrated yogic principles into their daily lives. 

Yoga is for everyone - but not all types of yoga are for everyone.

We are trained to know how to modify the class style according to the group's skill level and intention.

Our teachers meet weekly to discuss challenges, learn more about the practice and provide class feedback.

What kind of classes do you have?

All classes are in an air conditioned room.

5:45 PM classes are a more vigorous style (vinyasa and/or kundalini) and 7:30 PM classes are more restorative.

Morning class styles vary based on student needs.

About our yoga tribe

Nicole Hudiburg 

This playful ray of sunshine began her yoga journey in 2013 with the opening of Total Zen Float - looking for more out of life. After having immeasurable results from the float tank physically, mentally, and spiritually, she started her quest looking for something to add to TZF that would compliment the benefits of floating.

That's when she was introduced to Kelli Hastings. After learning Kelli's amazing story and getting to know the lifestyle of a yogi, Nicole took up the challenge and completed her 200 hour Ashtanga-based apprenticeship under Kelli and is now an RYT. She has seen such a beautiful transformation in her strength, her grace and her quality of life. Nicole was born and raised in the Galapagos islands, is mother of two beautiful girls and always has an award-winning smile to compliment her pleasant demeanor. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nicole is a joy to be around; her classes will help bring out your joy too!


Brandi is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher [over 1,000 teaching hours]) with Yoga Alliance. In June of 2012, this avid learner began her journey with a 200-Hour Vinyasa (Flow) Teacher Training while attending school at UCF. She was initially interested in the physical benefits of yoga. Devoted to a daily regimen, she began noticing that yoga improved her emotional well-being and overall perception of life.

Interested more in spirituality, she joined the Yoga Therapy Training at Amrit Yoga Institute (an ashram in the middle of Ocala National Forest).  After her college graduation, she decided to move there as seva (a full-time volunteer) to immerse herself in a devotional lifestyle. While in residence, she took part in their 200-Hour Amrit Yoga Teacher Training (a very slow and meditative practice, focusing on the polarity of activity and relaxation throughout the sequence), as well as their 100-Hour Yoga Nidra Training (a powerful, guided, sleep-based meditation technique that has been proven to have a positive effect on brain functioning and in relieving addiction).

She is a new mom and a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor to help moms-to-be maintain their strength during pregnancy, labor and early motherhood.

She has studied and practiced many different types of yoga and will incorporate poses from all styles, depending on student needs.

Her classes emphasize meditation in motion. She regularly includes a second half of the posture, providing time to integrate and experience the benefits of the more challenging poses and sequences.

Because she doesn't plan her classes, the flow is intuitive and always based on the needs of the students in the room.

Overall, her classes are centered around breath and mindfulness, allowing practitioners to experience peace and presence for themselves.

She is currently developing a 200-Hour Teacher Training Program - Stay tuned!

Kaila Varano


Kaila's yoga journey started three years ago when she was a college freshman. She was having a hard time enjoying her schooling, but with her mom's encouragement sought out something new to try out. She found her first yoga class and discovered how much she loved the practice. It was in that class that she met her first friend and a path that led her into leading an environmental organization at UCF.

She is currently pursuing a career as a physical therapist and she intends to incorporate yoga into her practice.

She also teaches children's yoga, hosts yoga community events and leads meditation classes at UCF.

When she's not practicing yoga, she can be found with her nose in a book, cleaning up the environment, skateboarding, making crazy vegetarian concoctions or planning her next adventure. She has conducted a kid's yoga workshop in Missouri and has taught yoga at three festivals.

She has a peaceful, meditative vibe that will help you feel refreshed and renewed!

Jeremy Hudak

As a lifelong student of yogic and martial arts, Jeremy has committed his experience to teaching, healing, and empowering his students through movement and self-awareness. Born and raised in upstate New York where he eventually received his Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Jeremy has recently moved to Orlando to further his education and eventually become an educator of language arts as well as physical fitness.

Jeremy is well versed and certified in both Anusara/Vinyasa (alignment-based) and Budokon (martial arts-based flow) Yoga and finds balance through constant practice, education, and a state of compassion and gratitude. At the age of 6 he began his journey of martial arts through Karate, Kung Fu, TaI Chi, Capoeira, and especially boxing. In 2010, Jeremy won the Golden Gloves State Championships at 165 lbs. and has continued to pursue overall mental and physical fitness throughout his entire life. Currently, he trains daily in the arts of hatha yoga, Budokon, boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Jui Jitsu.

Alba ramirez


Yoga is Alba's PASSION. She started practicing yoga on her own over 10 years ago and became enthusiastic about teaching Yoga; she was driven to share the peace and harmony she was experiencing herself.

She is certified as aHatha Yoga instructor through the Yoga Teacher Training of Central Florida Hatha Yoga School. She started teaching Yoga 2 years ago and left her full-time corporate job last year, following her heart into Yoga. She can teach in both English and Spanish. She is also trained in Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga Nidra (an extended, reclined meditation). She currently teaches Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga.

She believes that there are many languages but the universal language is LOVE. What her heart speaks in a Yoga class cannot be translated; it is to be felt through the love she shares while expressing her passion. She guides students to a space of unity and peace.
Her focus while teaching is to create a comfortable atmosphere for everyone and all body types, communicating breath-synchronized movement, core stability, flexibility and alignment. She encourages each individual to maintain mind-body awareness with the freedom to choose their own intensity level.
